Shoham does not provide a shopping address or a warehouse in the UK, Germany or the USA, and does not receive or combine online orders there. That service — called parcel forwarding — is provided by our partner Forward2Me, an independent company. Questions about a Forward2Me account or parcel go to Forward2Me.

Taxes when it reaches Cyprus
From Germany (EU): no customs duty and no import VAT — the shop already charged VAT when you paid.
From the UK or the USA: these are imports from outside the EU. Cyprus VAT (19%) applies to every parcel, and customs duty may apply to goods worth more than €150. The courier usually collects these on delivery, sometimes with a handling fee. Estimate them with our duty calculator.

Questions
Can Shoham collect a parcel from someone abroad and bring it to Cyprus?
Yes. If the sender has the parcel packed and ready, we arrange an express courier collection from them to the Cyprus address. The courier rate calculator gives the price instantly.
Does Shoham give me an address abroad for online shopping?
No. Shoham does not run shopping addresses or warehouses abroad, and does not receive or combine online orders. That is parcel forwarding, which our partner Forward2Me provides, with addresses in the UK, Germany and the USA.
Do I pay customs duty or VAT on a parcel sent to Cyprus?
From another EU country, no. From outside the EU — including the UK since Brexit — Cyprus VAT at 19% applies, and customs duty may apply to goods worth more than €150. Our customs team can advise, and the duty calculator gives an estimate.
Can I send parcels from Cyprus abroad?
Yes. We arrange express courier collection from your Cyprus address to the UK and worldwide, with an instant price on the courier rate calculator.
